Digital Marketing Manager

We seeking an enthusiastic, data-driven, and result-oriented marketing professional to lead the development and strategic execution of our digital marketing initiatives. This individual is an expert in understanding consumer behaviour, studying digital analytics, and using web technologies to drive growth, engagement, and conversion. In this role you will have the opportunity to test new initiatives on multiple online channels and develop  creative strategies to drive traffic, keep customers engaged, generate profit, and turn customers into brand champions.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the lifecycle of customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Create, design, track, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Maximize profitability of all digital marketing campaigns including SEM , PPC, SEO, email marketing, SMM
  • Measure and report the performances of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Optimize and improve customer conversion journey with website A/B testing and website improvements
  • Propose and implement email collecting initiatives to grow email lists
  • Design and implement automated emails to help convert prospects
  • Create campaign content such as ad copy, email drafts and others as required for all marketing needs
  • Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers
  • Determine best strategies to increase engagement
  • Work with creatives to suggest ways to improve marketing content materials

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing – Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest ads, Email campaigns
  • BA/BS degree in related field
  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and/or other campaign and reporting tools
  • Ability to identify audience segments and opportunities within
  • Excellent at identifying and predicting future customer trends and have an understanding of the future of e-commerce
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks and funnels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Experience working with various e-commerce and lifestyle brands
  • Proficient in creating presentations and creative communication
