We anticipate delays in shipping as important safety measures are being taken across all stages of fulfillment due to COVID-19.
Once you place your order, your package will be shipped within 1-3 days. After leaving our facility, products are typically delivered within 7-20* business days. Orders may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery.
Canada & US
Free shipping to the United States and Canada on orders over $50 USD. Flat rate of $7 USD applied to all orders under $50 USD.
Regretfully, we do not ship overseas for all products at this time. Sign up to Rupi’s newsletter for updates on when shipping may become available in your region.
For a limited time, select items are available for international shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Brazil, and Australia. If an item qualifies for international shipping, details will be included within the product page. A flat rate of $15 USD will be added at checkout for these orders.

Please note that orders being shipped to the US or internationally may be held at your local postal facility pending payment of taxes or additional fees. Rupi Kaur Inc. is not responsible for these charges. Please reach out to your local postal carrier.
If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will get an update to you as soon as possible.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We value sustainability and creating a planet with as little as waste as possible. For this reason, all clothing sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of all other unused products within 14 days of receipt. Products to be returned/exchanged must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. The customer is also responsible for any duties, customs or taxes involved with the return shipment. In the event of a refund, any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
If an item is damaged, or you have any concerns with your product(s), please email us a photo and a description of the concern within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.

To cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately as we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.

Once you have shipped your return back to us, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your refund, as we need to confirm the receipt of product before processing any reimbursements. Please note any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your refund has been processed you can expect a confirmation email detailing the transaction in the next 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please let us know and we will assist you as soon as we can.
Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card within 3 business days of the refund being processed.
