Shipping policy
Due to changes in shipping policy over the Canadian and US border, we are not shipping to the US until further notice
Once you place your order, your package will be shipped within 1-3 days. After leaving our facility, products are typically delivered within 7-20* business days. Orders may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery.
Canada
- Flat rate of $8 CAD applied to all orders under $50 CAD.
- Flat rate of $12 CAD applied to all orders between $50 - $100 CAD.
- Flat rate of $16 CAD applied to all orders more than $100 CAD.
International
Regretfully, we do not ship overseas for all products at this time. Sign up to Rupi’s newsletter for updates on when shipping may become available in your region.
For a limited time, select items are available for international shipping to the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, Brazil, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, and Sweden. If an item qualifies for international shipping, details will be included within the product page.
A flat rate of $15 CAD will be added at checkout for these orders.
